羔羊譯悼英王太后詩（2002.4.9） ／思華轉錄

                       

                                                       You can shed tears that she is gone

                                                Or you can smile because she has lived.     

                                      You can close your eyes and pray that she’l l come back

                                                 Or you can open your eyes  and  see all she’s  left.

                                             Your heart can be empty because you can’t  see  her

                                                  Or you can be full of the love you shared.

                                          You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday

                                          Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.

                                              You can remember her and only that she’s gone

                                               Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on.

                                                    You can cry and close your mind be empty

                                                               And turn your back

                                               Or you can do what she’d want：smile ，open your eyes，

                                                                         Love and go on.

羔羊是作協創會元老，多屆理事，會务發展的熱心推动者，倚馬可待的羔羊，2002年4月9日，在倫敦度假时，

看当日報上刊出一首悼念英王太后辞世的悼念詩，便回到酒店譯成以下中文。

羔羊己離世多年，借此园地刊出，供文友欣賞。

 

           

                               譯文：

 

                               你儘可痛哭哀悼，因她遽然消逝：

                               你亦可欢欣感慰、因她曾活今世。

                               你儘可闭目祈求，期望她重臨人世：

                               你也可睜眼細看，

                               欣賞她留下一切：

                               你儘可能心靈空虛：

                               因不能重睹她的音容。

                               你亦可心中洋溢着双方乐于分享的愛意：

                               你儘可不面对明天來臨：

                               沉緬昨天的日子：

                               你亦可為明天而快乐，

                               因有昨天的往事。

                               你儘可不断追憶，可惜她己消逝：

                               你亦可珍惜对她怀念，永留肺腑。

                               你儘可痛哭哀悼，心扉緊闭，惆悵空虛：

                               你亦可順她意願，欢欣感慰，睜眼细着，

                               洋溢愛意，永遠如此。
